- James Palmigiano: Recent Collages
Fr. James Palmigiano is an artist and member of the Cistercian Order of the Strict Observance, known familiarly as Trappists, residing at Saint Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, Massachusetts.His collages reflect his experience of life in the monastery, with the apparent harmony of each piece born of a process of adding and subtracting, organizing and rearranging in a search for balance, order and presence. The exhibition is on view in the Cantor Foundation Resource Gallery.

- Jesuit to Speak about the Martyrs of El Salvador
Joe Mulligan, S.J., a Jesuit priest from Detroit who works with Christian base communities in Nicaragua, will speak about the Jesuit martyrs of El Salvador who were killed on Nov. 16, 1980. He is the author of "The Jesuit Martyrs of El Salvador: Celebrating the Anniversaries," a book about the six Jesuits and two women massacred at the University of Central America in 1989. Learn more about the martys and why it is important to remember them.
