Jody Freeman is a leading scholar of both administrative and environmental law whose work in academia and government has shaped a variety of large-scale initiatives in energy and environmental policy. She is Archibald Cox Professor of Law at Harvard University and founding director of the Harvard Law School Environmental Law and Policy Program. In this talk, she will review where we are in addressing climate change, where we need to be, and what’s really possible.
