We are excited to announce the fourth annual MLK Winter Book Read. We invite all members of the community, including students, faculty, and staff to participate.

The selected book is the 2007 National Book Critics Circle Award for Autobiography Brother, I'm Dying by Edwidge Danticat. The New York Times book review is available here. Danticat is also the 2018 winner of the prestigious Neustadt International Prize for Literature

We will provide participants with a free electronic or print copy of the book. All you have to do to sign up is fill out this form, and agree to participate in any one of the four scheduled book discussions:

Monday, January 28, 3:30-5 p.m. in Hogan Suite A Tuesday, January 29, 11 am-12:30 p.m. in Hogan Suite A Wednesday, January 30, 5:30-7 p.m. in Hogan Suite A Monday, February 4, 12:30-2 p.m. in Hogan Suite A 

The deadline to sign up is Friday, December 7.
