Charles Asher Small, an expert scholar on antisemitism, will discuss "Contemporary Global Antisemitism as the Rejection of the Other: Implications for Human Rights and Democratic Principles." As the founding director of the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), Small has convened groundbreaking academic seminar series, conferences and programming in the emerging field of contemporary antisemitism studies at Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Stanford and other top-tier universities around the world.
