Charles Asher Small is director of the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), and senior research scholar at the Moshe Dayan Centre for Middle East and African Studies, Tel Aviv University. He will discuss global antisemitism and its implications on human rights and democratic principles. His talk is supported by the Kraft-Hiatt Fund for Jewish-Christian Understanding.
